Last night’s wedding felt like a Saturday night party! Alyssa & Kyle became Mr. & Mrs. Jensen at the Vandiver Inn located in Havre de Grace, MD and they, along with their family and friends brought the energy. Officiant Heather Saul led Alyssa & Kyle through their vows and after saying “I do” the newlyweds joined their guest for cocktails and appetizers inside the Vandiver Mansion. After we introduced the bridal party and the Bride & Groom, Alyssa danced with her Father to Frank Sinatra’s “The Way You Look Tonight” and halfway through the song Kyle stepped in. We then went into their first official dance which was Ray LaMontagne’s “You Are The Best Thing” and halfway through that song per the Bride & Groom’s request we abruptly ended that song and mixed into “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)” by Silento. The crowd loved the surprise and the bride & groom’s dance moves! Kyle danced with his Mother after that and then The Vandiver served up an amazing stations style meal. There was an abundance of dancers all night long and they were up and grooving before dinner even ended…a sure sign of a great party to come! Old school hits by artists like DMX, Bubba, Sparxxx, DJ Kool and House of Pain as well as newer hits by Fifth Harmony, Silento, Pitbull and more kept the dance floor packed. Our friend, Photographer Jason Putsche worked with us all night capturing all the fun. Midway through the evening we took a quick break for cake. Thanks to Deserts by Rita for once again providing a top notch creation. Mr. & Mrs. Jensen’s evening at the Vandiver with them joining their guests for one last dance which was R. Kelly’s “Ignition (Remix)”. We then invited everyone to follow the newlyweds to The Tidewater Grill for an after party. Great stuff last night! We wish Alyssa & Kyle a lifetime of love and happiness.
