Saturday at Irish Eyes Restaurant & Pub in Lewes, DE, Jocelyn & Bob said “I do” in front of their families and friends. Their ceremony was full of love and laughter as Men in Black Officiants led them through their vows and announced them as husband and wife. Cocktails inside and out were next and then an introduction of the newlyweds into their first dance; Frank Sinatra’s “Fly Me To The Moon” followed. Everyone enjoyed a buffet meal before the celebration really started with a big set of 80’s music that got guests out of their seats dancing and singing along. DJ Frank received and played requests for artists such as The Black Eyed Peas, Cupid, Dexy’s Midnight Runners, Sia, Queen, AC/DC and more. Jocelyn & Bob cut their cake to The Beatles “When I’m Sixty-Four”, but other then that the afternoon/evening was simply a celebration of love, family and friendship. The Groom’s sense of humor was well known, appreciated and needed as he dedicated Sir Mix A Lot’s “Baby Got Back” to his beautiful wife just before the reception ended! Michael Buble’s version of “Save The Last Dance For Me” and The Grateful Dead’s cover of “Good Lovin'” rounded out the night musically. Thanks to the friendly staff at Irish Eyes Restaurant & Pub and to the newlyweds for their easy going, fun filled approach. We congratulate Mr. & Mrs. Lowe and wish them a lifetime of love and great tunes!
