They became Mr. & Mrs. Levengood yesterday in Havre de Grace, MD. Congratulations to Julia & Jason who said “I do” and then held their reception/party at La Banque de Fleuve along the banks of the Chesapeake Bay in Northern Harford County. The groom’s brother officiated the ceremony which was held in the upper area of La Banque. Following that guests were invited into the ballroom to join the newlyweds for cocktails and tasty eats provided by the good folks from Laurrapin Grille Catering. We officially introduced the Bride & Groom and their parents into the reception and then Julia & Jason danced to Van Morrison’s “Crazy Love”. After an incredible buffet meal, the Groom and his Mother danced to Louis Armstrong’s “What A Wonderful World” and then Julia and her Father danced to “Julia” by The Beatles and then “Little Miss Magic” by Jimmy Buffet. Other then a cake cutting, the rest of the evening was strictly for dancing. Music requests ranged from songs by The B-52’s, Rick Astley, Kool & The Gang and other classic party tunes to more recent hits by Silento, Pharrell Williams and Usher. Before heading out for their after party we had all guests on the dance floor dancing and singing along to Eddie Money’s “Take Me Home Tonight”. We loved working with the ladies from High Contrast Photography as they worked the room capturing all the fun and Amanda’s Florist transformed an already beautiful venue into a bride’s dream. We really enjoyed playing to such a fun crowd and wish Julia & Jason years of happiness and love!
