Maryland Wedding DJ

Yesterday evening at Rockfield Manor in Bel Air, MD, Sharon & Patrick celebrated their marriage with us. Their reception featured the delectable works of Laurrapin Caters, entertainment was provided by DJ Frank and the Manor hosted the party with class for  Sharon & Patrick's family and friends. The guys from J. Thomas Photography were also there to capture all the fun and we enjoyed working with them again. The evening began with cocktails and eats, followed by formal introductions of the bridal party and Mr. & Mrs. Barcikowski. Each couple DJ Frank introduced into the reception, walked in to a different song  carefully chosen by Sharon & Patrick and they entered to Yello's "Oh Yeah" for theirs. Tonight was our last wedding of the year and it certainly was a great way to wrap it up! DJ Frank had the honor of being Megan & James's DJ/MC as they celebrated at Deer Creek Overlook in beautiful Rocks State Park located in Street, MD. After the ceremony, their friends and families joined them for cocktails and yummy eats provided by our friends from Dean and Brown Catering. Parents of the Bride & Groom were formally introduced in to "Happy" by Pharrell Williams, the Bridal Party to "Shut Up And Dance" by Walk The Moon and the new Mr. & Mrs. DiBello made their way in to "She Drives Me Crazy" by the Fine Young Cannibals. We are so happy for Christine & Scott! They became Mr. & Mrs. Tolliver this evening at Riverdale Manor located at the edge of both vibrant Lancaster City and quiet Lancaster County. They were married in the Manor's heated pavilion and then enjoyed cocktails and celebrated in the ballroom with their families and friends. DJ Frank worked with fellow Harford County vendor, Photographer James Berglie of Be Photography, Seth Umbenhauer Wedding Cinematography and the really nice staff of Riverdale Manor. Following cocktail hour, the Bride & Groom's Parents were formally introduced into the ballroom to The Beatles "Eight Days A Week", the Bridal Party came in to "Don't Stop Till You Get Enough" by Michael Jackson and Mr. & Mrs. Tolliver made their grand entrance to Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody". Rachel & Greg's wedding reception at the Maryland Zoo's Mansion House last night was a wonderful celebration of love, family and friends. DJ Frank enjoyed working with this super sweet couple. The evening started with a cocktail hour on the front porch as our friends from Laurrapin Catering served up amazing hor d'oeuvres and drinks while some of the Zoo's animal ambassadors stopped by to greet guests. Introductions featured the theme from Jurassic Park by composer John Williams and then the new Mr. & Mrs. Murphy danced for the first time as a married couple to Joshua Radin's version of "Only You". Toasts by the Best Man and Matron of Honor and a blessing preceded a served meal and that was followed by Greg and his Mother dancing to "The Rainbow Connection" by Kermit the Frog. Last night at the Vandiver Inn located in historic Havre de Grace, MD, Jess & Brian said "I do" and read their vows to each other in front of their family and closet friends. They became Mr. & Mrs. Lievense with a kiss! The Inn's covered pavilion served as their ceremony space, and while everyone enjoyed cocktails and appetizers inside the Mansion House, the same pavilion was transformed into a beautiful reception area. DJ Frank introduced the bridal party in to the reception and played "Can't Stop The Feeling!" by Justin Timberlake and then Mr. & Mrs. Lievense came in to Ozzy Osbourne's "Crazy Train". Let's hear it for Mr. & Mrs. Williams! Brandi & Jeff were married and then celebrated their love with a party at the Maryland Zoo's Mansion House on Saturday. They said "I do" and then enjoyed cocktails and appetizers with their family, guests and some of the Zoo's animal ambassadors. DJ Frank worked with Lauren & her crew from Rouge Fine Catering, The Antares Musicians, Amy Deputy Photography & Co., and the Zoo's staff to make last night amazing.  The newlyweds were introduced into their reception to "A Thing Called Love" by The Darkness just before Brandi & Jeff danced their first dance as husband and wife to Elvis Presley's "I Love You Because". Toasts, a blessing and a super delicious buffet meal followed. We opened up the dance floor to all guests with Walk The Moon's "Shut Up And Dance" [...]

They became the Sosinski's yesterday at the Vandiver Inn located in Havre de Grace, MD. Liz & Brad were married inside the Inn's covered pavilion, enjoyed a cocktail hour inside the Mansion House and then joined their friends and family back in the pavilion to celebrate. DJ Frank formally introduced the Bride & Groom's parents in to Danny & The Junior's "At The Hop", the Bridal Party in to "This Is How We Do It" by Montell Jordan and then the newlyweds to "Everything Is Awesome" by Tegan & Sara. Their first dance as a married couple was to Larry Clinton & His Orchestra's "Heart & Soul". Brad welcomed everyone and then the Best Man & Maid Of Honor delivered two amazing toasts. Emily & David became Mr. & Mrs. Tart last night at Hunt Valley Country Club! They said "I do" outside on the club's outdoor patio and then joined their friends and family inside for cocktails and appetizers. We formally introduced the parents of the bride & groom in to Pharrell's "Happy', the bridal party in to "Shake Your Groove Thing" by Peaches & Herb and Mr. & Mrs. Tart made their grand entrance in to "I Got You (I Feel Good) by James Brown. Their first dance as a married couple followed as DJ Frank played Stevie Wonder's "Overjoyed". Emily then danced with her Father to "I Loved Her First" by Heartland and David danced with his Mother to a version of Louis Armstrong's "Wonderful World" sung by a family friend. On Friday night at Padonia Park Club in Timonium, MD, DJ Frank returned for the 2nd year in a row to DJ/MC an incredible event, the Kendall Burrows Foundation's annual Footloose Gala. Kendall Burrows was diagnosed at age three and suffered from a rare autoimmune disease known as Evan’s syndrome, which is when the body makes antibodies that destroy red blood cells, platelets, and white blood cells. Patients with Evan’s contract thrombocytopenia and Coombs’ positive hemolytic anemia and have no other known underlying etiology. The specific cause for Evan’s syndrome is unknown and there have been no genetic links identified although her mother Deborah also has Evan’s. Throughout her lifetime, Kendall was in and out of remission with Evan’s. When in remission, she was a happy, normal little girl that enjoyed a plethora of activities, including contact sports and all forms of dance. [...]

Kristin & Nate got hitched and then celebrated at the Vandiver Inn located in beautiful Havre de Grace, MD last night! The evening started with cocktails inside the Mansion House followed by introductions and the reception in the Vandiver's covered/outdoor pavilion. DJ Frank introduced the parents of the bride & groom in to "The Imperial March" from The Empire Strikes Back, the Bridal Party walked in to "The Battle Of Endor" from Return Of The Jedi and then Kristin & Nate entered as the "Star Wars Theme" played.
