Congratulations to Jillian & Nick! They became Mr. & Mrs. Vogt yesterday at Mountain Branch Golf Club in Joppa, MD. Officiant Bill Duffy led them through their vows during the ceremony held outside and the sun broke through as they said "I do"! The newlyweds joined their friends and family for a cocktail hour following the ceremony and then we introduced the bridal party into the tented ballroom to start the reception. Parents and bridal party members walked in to Kool & The Gang's "Celebration" and Mr. & Mrs. Vogt were introduced to "Uptown Funk" by Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars. They then danced their first dance as a married couple to "Die A Happy Man" by Thomas Rhett. Everything about yesterday's wedding & reception was just about perfect. Two awesome ladies celebrated their love at Irvine Nature Center in Owings Mills, MD. Marian & Melissa were married by Marian's Father in one of the open meadows located on the nature center's 116 acres. Guests made their way back to the nature center's covered tent for drinks and hors d'oeuvres and a tapas style meal provided by Eat & Smile Catering. Toasts by several family members preceded the first official dance of the night, Michael Jackson's "The Way You Make Me Feel". We invited all guests to join the happy couple on the dance floor and kept them there with some awesome requests by artists such as The Mavericks, Barry White, John Mellencamp, Outkast and many more. Friday night Liz & Justin became Mr. & Mrs. Quinn at the Vandiver Inn located in beautiful Havre de Grace, MD. After becoming husband and wife they celebrated with their friends and family. Both the wedding and the reception took place in the Vandiver's lovely outdoor pavilion. It couldn't have been a more perfect evening for the two love birds! We played "Viva La Vida" by Coldplay as we introduced the bridal party and the newlyweds into the reception and then Liz & Justin danced their first dance to Adele's version of "Make You Feel My Love". Saturday evening at The Vandiver Inn located on Main Street in Havre de Grace, MD, Abigail & Brandon became husband & wife! They were married and celebrated in the comfort of the Inn's outdoor covered pavilion. After reading their vows to each other and saying "I do", guests followed the newlyweds inside the Mansion House for drinks and yummy eats made with love by the Vandiver staff. We introduced the bridal party and then Abigail & Brandon danced to "As Long As Our Hearts Are Beating" by Jenny & Tyler. Their dance was followed by two amazing and heartfelt toasts by the Maid Of Honor and Best Man. Friday May 27th was Tricia & George’s day! The high school sweethearts were married and celebrated their union at Pond View Farm in Whitehall, MD. The weather was beautiful, the guests were festive and the night was magical! After saying their vows and becoming husband & wife, the new Mr. & Mrs. Hubbard joined their friends and family for drinks and eats and a musical cocktail hour. We introduced the bridal party into the barn/reception area then Tricia & George entered to Omni’s “Cheerleader” and Tricia (a former University of Maryland cheerleader) brought her pom poms along! They went right into their first dance, “Can’t Help Falling In Love” a version by Haley Reinhart. Preakness Saturday was Blair & Jesse's wedding day! They became Mr. & Mrs. Headley last night at The Hunt Valley Inn. The ceremony was held in the Inn's Garden Room and then guests enjoyed cocktails, yummy eats and live music before moving into the ballroom for introductions and dinner. The bridal party made their grand entrance to "Uptown Funk" by Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars while Blair & Jesse entered to Rick Springfield's "Jessie's Girl" and then they went into their first dance, "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran. A memorable toast by Blair's sister and matron of honor mentioned how much Blair loves her husband's butt along with lots of love and encouragement! Last nights celebration at The Vandiver in Havre de Grace, MD began with Jessica & Ken saying "I do" under the guidance of Reverend Simmone Marsden of Ceremony Officiants. Guests then followed the bride & groom into the Mansion House for cocktails and good eats. We introduced the bridal party and Mr. & Mrs. West into the Inn's outdoor pavilion to "Forever" by Chris Brown and then Jess & Ken danced their first official dance as newlyweds to Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud". The bride then danced with her father to James Taylor's version of "How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You) before Ken danced with his Mother to "The Man You've Become" by Molly Pasutti. Friday evening around 6 pm the rain let up, the clouds broke and the sun came out just as Rebecca & Chris said "I do" at Swan Harbor Farm. Following their ceremony, the newlyweds joined their family and friends for cocktails and munchies served up by our friends from Dean and Brown Catering. Introductions of the bridal party into the reception tent to Blake Shelton's "All About Tonight" preceded Mr. & Mrs. Stone's first dance as a married couple to "Mean To Me" by Brett Eldredge. It didn't take long before guests were up and ready to party! Songs by artists like Sam Hunt, The Grateful Dead, Prince, SheDaisy and Silento were requested, played and grooved to. Just as the clouds parted and the sun broke through, Kay & Jimmy said "I do" yesterday at The Donaldson Brown Conference Center in Port Deposit, MD. This beautiful and somewhat unknown venue offers an incredible setting overlooking the Susquehanna River. After Kay & Jimmy read their vows to each other and were pronounced Husband and Wife, Laurrapin Grille Catering served up some incredible eats and guests enjoyed cocktails. Meaghan & Corey's wedding day was as close to perfect as you could ask for! They became Mr. & Mrs. Yurek yesterday at Pond View Farm in White Hall, MD. The afternoon started with a ceremony next to the pond that was officiated by one of our new favorites, Pastor David Burk. Cocktails and good eats followed the recessional and then after some photos taken by Nicole Schantz Photography we introduced the entire bridal party into the reception to "Best Day Of My Life" by American Authors.
