Anna & Brian said "I do"! Yesterday at Rockfield Manor in Bel Air, MD, they were married by Officiant Simmone Marsden in the garden area of the Manor's beautiful outdoor surroundings. Highlights from the ceremony included Anna's processional; a gorgeous cover of the Keane song: "Somewhere Only We Know" performed by Lily Allen and Brian's surprise, impromptu wedding vows. Following the ceremony, DJ Frank Marsden invited everyone up to the Manor house patio and inside for an hour of cocktails and appetizers. Later on, after guests and family members found their seats, the Bride's Parents presented a bread and salt welcome greeting ceremony, one of the oldest Russian traditions. Saturday evening in Catonsville, MD, Andrea & Joel celebrated their marriage with a reception at Overhills Mansion. As guests arrived they enjoyed cocktails, appetizers, and music from The Guardians of the Galaxy Soundtrack as the Groom is a huge comic book fan. DJ Frank Marsden gathered everyone into the Mansion's ballroom and then formally introduced the Bridal Party in while playing "Superstition" by Stevie Wonder. Andrea & Joel danced their first dance as a married couple to "All This Time" by One Republic. That was followed by the Father of the Bride welcoming friends and family, the Maid of Honor and both Best Men then toasted/roasted the happy couple, and Joel's Father offered a blessing prior to the buffet opening. They say Virginia is for lovers. Chrissy & Fernando celebrated their love with their families and friends in Leesburg, VA this past Saturday. Both their wedding & reception were held at Raspberry Plain Manor, one of the principal Mason Family estates of Northern VA and it was the perfect setting for Chrissy & Fernando. Their ceremony music consisted of various string quartet selections and a recessional to "If Not For You" by George Harrison. A mix of bossa nova jazz, drinks and appetizers made for a wonderful cocktail hour that followed the ceremony. DJ Frank Marsden invited everyone to gather in the Manor's Grand Conservatory Room and then formally introduced the newlyweds. The last weekend of June started with Kelly & Joe's wedding + reception at Swan Harbor Farm in Havre de Grace, MD.  Their ceremony took place on the back lawn of the farmhouse with a beautiful view of the landscaped gardens and the Chesapeake Bay. The ceremony featured string quartet selections and a recessional to "Safe and Sound" by Captial Cities. Folks then enjoyed cocktails and appetizers inside the farmhouse and on the back lawn. They were invited to find their tables and seats under the tented area prior to a formal introduction of the newlyweds by DJ/MC Frank Marsden to "Marry You" by Bruno Mars. Kelly & Joe danced their first dance as a married couple to Ben E. Friday night at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, just across the Bay Bridge on Kent Island, MD, Lauren & Ryan became Mr. & Mrs. Friedman! The evening began with an outdoor ceremony and cocktails on the Club's deck. After enjoying appetizers and libations, DJ Frank Marsden invited guests to find their tables and seats inside the Beach Club's Beach House then introduced the Parents into the reception while playing "Living In America" by James Brown for Lauren's Parents and "Love On Top" by Beyonce for Ryan's Mother & Father. The Bridal Party were formally introduced to Kanye West & T-Pain's "Good Life" and then Lauren & Ryan made their grand entrance to "Marry You" by Bruno Mars. Yesterday afternoon in Darlington, MD, Amber & Christopher tied the knot! Their wedding + reception were both held at the Vineyards of Mary's Meadows. The couple's plans for an outdoor ceremony didn't happen due to the rain, but they were able to use the lower barn area and "Plan B" went off without a hitch. The Bride's Uncle Charlie officiated the ceremony that ended with a recessional to Reliant K's "The Best Thing". Everyone enjoyed cocktails and appetizers before heading upstairs to the upper barn area for formal introductions and dinner. DJ Frank Marsden got the Bridal Party together and introduced them into the reception while playing "Marry Me" by Jason Derulo. Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. McVey aka Alysia & Casey! Their relationship was celebrated yesterday at The Vineyards of Mary's Meadow with a fun ceremony and a rocking reception. Reverand Frank McFadden married Alysia & Casey on the back lawn of the Vineyards beautiful barn. The ceremony featured a version of "Perfect" played on violin by Andre Soueid, a processional to Christina Perri's "A Thousand Years" and super fun recessional to "Fireball" by Pitbull feat. John Ryan. Everyone enjoyed cocktails and appetizers after that in the lower half of the Barn as the upper area was set up for the beginning of the reception.
