Maryland Wedding DJ

Sunday afternoon at the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, Megan & Rob became Mr. & Mrs. Laraway. They were married on the front lawn of the Zoo's Mansion House by officiant William Duffy. After the ceremony guests were invited to make their way to the Mansion House for air-conditioning, drinks, appetizers and a meet a greet with two of the Zoo's penguin ambassadors. DJ Frank asked guests to gather on the Mansion House's front porch and steps as he introduced the Bridal Party to Flo-Rida's "Cake". Megan & Rob followed introductions with a first dance at the bottom of the Mansion House front steps to Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud". After everyone made their way back to their seats inside, Rob's Best Man and Megan's Maid & Matron Of Honor offered a toast to them and then Hunt Valley Catering opened up [...]

Last night was one of the best celebrations we've ever had the pleasure of being a part of! Lauren & Frank along with their friends and families were a festive, fun group to entertain. The party/reception took place at Waters Edge Event Center along the Bush River in Belcamp, MD. The evening began with cocktails and appetizers inside and outside the venue along with a few games of cornhole and music provided by Miriam's Joy. That was followed by introductions of the Bridal Party and the new Mr. & Mrs. McGovern by DJ Frank. He played Bon Jovi's "Born To Be My Baby" for the Bridal Party and then Lauren & Frank walked in to Pink's "Raise Your Glass" and danced their first dance as husband and wife to "Say You Won't Go" by James Arther. Saturday at The Vineyards of Mary's Meadows in Darlington, MD, Laura & Steve became Mr. & Mrs. Earley! Their day began will a ceremony on the barn's back lawn. Cocktail hour in the barn's lower area followed and then DJ Frank invited guests to find their tables upstairs. The Maid of Honor, Best Man and Laura & Steve made their grand entrance to My Morning Jacket's "One Big Holiday" and followed that with a first dance; Scars On 45's version of "Friday I'm In Love". Toasts were next and preceded an amazing meal served up by our friends from Larraupin Caterers. The dance floor opened up for dancing after dinner and guests requested and grooved to selections by ABBA, Prince, Talking Heads, Spice Girls, Aerosmith, and The B-52's "Love Shack" three times (a family tradition)! The weekend began with an amazing celebration at Rockfield Manor in Bel Air, MD! Tricia & Jake's reception was one of the best parties we've been a part of in a long time. Great energy and lots of love were in the air from the get go. Cocktail hour led into a really fun introduction of the Bridal Party to Sigala's "Sweet Lovin" and Mr. & Mrs. Willertz to "Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall" by Coldplay. The newlyweds then danced their first dance to Florida Georgia Line's "H.O.L.Y." before toasts by the Best Man, Maid Of Honor and Father Of The Bride. We always love working with Dean and Brown Catering as their food is top notch and last night's buffet was no exception. This afternoon we wrapped up a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend at the Vandiver Inn along the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Havre de Grace, MD. Today Liz & Mike became Mr. & Mrs. McQuarrie under the Inn's outdoor pavilion and then enjoyed a celebration of their love with their friends and families. Cocktails and appetizers in the Vandiver's Mansion House followed the nuptials. DJ Frank was on hand to start the reception as Liz & Mike were introduced as husband & wife into their first dance; "It Started With A Beer" by Frankie Ballard. A welcome toast by Liz's Father and toasts by the Maid Of Honor and Best Man preceded a delicious buffet meal. The rain didn't phase Samantha & Jake as they said "I do" to each other and sealed it with a kiss yesterday afternoon at the Vineyards at Mary's Meadows. This beautiful venue opened in 2014 on a historic piece of property in Darlington, MD and was the perfect setting for Mr. & Mrs. Squier's big day/night! The celebration following the ceremony began with cocktails and appetizers in the Vineyards lower barn and then after guests were invited to the upper area of the barn, introductions of the bridal party and the newlyweds. Parents were introduced by DJ Frank to "Signed, Sealed, Delivered I'm Yours" by Stevie Wonder, the Bridal Party to "Save A Horse (Ride A Cowboy)" by Big & Rich and then Samantha & Jake as husband & wife to "Love Shack" by the B-52's. Yesterday afternoon at Rockfield Manor in Bel Air, MD, Connie & Steve said “I do” and are now Mr. & Mrs. Fairbaugh! The afternoon began with an outdoor ceremony just behind the Mansion that was short and sweet and followed by an impromptu receiving line and a first dance to “It All Started With A Beer” by Frankie Ballard. Our friends with Dean and Brown Catering served heavy hors d’oeuvres throughout the day and guests enjoyed a relaxed Sunday afternoon with friends and family members. Tunes by artists such as The Commodores, V.I.C., James Taylor, AC/DC, Atlantic Star, Sister Sledge and more had guests grooving on the dance floor and Photographer Bill Rettberg was there to capture all the fun! They are now the amazin' Azens! Ally & Michael became husband and wife yesterday at the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. Their all things Maryland themed wedding coincided perfectly with the Preakness Stakes that was happening just down the road. Mr. & Mrs. Azen were married at the Zoo's Lakeside Pavilion and we absolutely loved that Michael and his groomsmen entered the ceremony to "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" by The Backstreet Boys. That set the tone for the rest of the evening; fun, light hearted and full of love! Family and friends joined the newlyweds at the Zoo's Mansion House after that for cocktails, appetizers and a meet and greet with two of the Zoo's Animal Abassadors. Cocktail hour was followed by DJ Frank's introductions of the Parents and Bridal Party to "Happy" by Pharrell Williams, Mr. & Mrs. Azen to Flo Rida's [...]

Yesterday at the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, Ann and Shawn got married and now they're Mr. & Mrs. Massie! Their ceremony took place at the Zoo's Lakeside Pavilion led by Reverend Parker Sutton and was short, sweet and rain free! Folks made their way to the Zoo's Mansion House following the ceremony for cocktails and appetizers and the Zoo's animal ambassadors were there to greet them. Ann & Shawn mingled with guests before DJ Frank officially introduced them into their first dance; "Love Somebody" by Maroon 5. An incredible buffet meal put together by our good friends at Zeffert and Gold Catering came next (the lobster sliders were legendary!). Just before the rain started, Kara & Andrew were married outside at Pond View Farm in White Hall, MD. They said they'd prayed for weeks for no rain and apparently someone was listening! The ceremony was followed by cocktails and a grand entrance of the Bridal Party into Pond View's beautiful barn. DJ Frank introduced parents of the Bride & Groom in while playing "Let's Get It Started" by The Black Eyed Peas, the Bridal Party to "Can't Stop The Feeling" by Justin Timberlake and Mr. & Mrs. Spangenberger to "Uptown Funk" by Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars. Kara & Andrew then danced their first dance as husband & wife to Dan + Shay's "From The Ground Up".
