Last night at the Water's Edge Event Center in Belcamp, MD Ashley & Kevin celebrated their marriage with a grand party/reception! It was our first time playing at this beautiful venue and they knocked it out of the park! We loved working with everyone there from the coordinator to the wait staff. Guests arrived to a cocktail hour and not long after we introduced the bridal party into the reception area. The Bridal Party entered to Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars's "Uptown Funk" and the Bride & Groom made their first appearance as husband & wife to Tool's "Sober". The new Mr. & Mrs. Thomas then danced for their first time as a married couple to Extreme's "More Than Words". Our first wedding of 2016 was so much fun! Catherine & Jon became husband & wife and celebrated their union at the Vandiver Inn located on Main Street in historic Havre de Grace, MD last night. Catherine & Jon were led through their vows by Officiant Kiko Garcia of Have Love Weddings. After saying "I do" the bride & groom led their family and friends into the Vandiver Mansion for cocktails. We introduced the entire bridal party into the reception to Stevie Wonder's "Signed Sealed Delivered". The bride & groom then danced their first dance to Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling In Love".  A blessing and toasts preceded an amazing meal and then Catherine danced with her father and Jon with his Mother. Last night's celebration for Jess & Ken in Havre de Grace, MD was great! The Vandiver Inn, one of our favorite venues was the setting for Jess & Ken's ceremony and reception. Officiant Kiko Garcia of Have Love Weddings led the newlyweds through their vows and after they said "I do" they led their guests inside the Vandiver Mansion for cocktail hour. During this time the Vandiver's outdoor pavilion was turned into an amazing reception spot and after the transformation we introduced the Bride & Groom into their first dance; "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran. The Vandiver has an incredible reputation and their food is top notch. Chef Susan outdid herself once again and provided a meal that Jess & Ken's guests will be talking about for years to come. Last night at the Maryland Zoo's Mansion House Katie & Kyle got married and celebrated with a reception for their family and friends. The evening got under way at 5 pm with the ceremony and that was followed by a cocktail hour. As usual at the Zoo, some furry resident friends stopped by to say "hi" and wish the newlyweds lots of love. Instead of a grand entrance, Katie & Kyle chose to toast their guests and thank them. A family style meal was provided by the Pantry Catering and then Mr. & Mrs. Moreau danced their first dance to "Like I'm Gonna Lose You" by Meghan Trainor & John Legend. Friday night at The Grand in downtown Baltimore City just a few blocks north of the bustling inner harbor, Marlene & Larry celebrated their nuptials with their families and friends. Guests enjoyed cocktails prior to us introducing the Bridal Party. The newlyweds danced to Paul Stookey's "Wedding Song (There Is Love)" for their first dance as Mr. & Mrs. Hartman. We loved working with Stephanie Day Events as she helped us keep the night moving along and made sure each and every detail was perfect. Christine & J.B. became Mr. & Mrs. Drescher yesterday at the Antrim 1844 Country House Hotel nestled at the foot of the rolling Catoctin Mountains in Taneytown, MD. It was a beautiful Fall night at a wonderful venue with guests that brought some great energy! We started with the ceremony held in the glass enclosed ballroom. That was followed by cocktails inside the Hotel's Pickwick Pub. After we introduced the Bridal Party and Mr. & Mrs. Drescher back into the ballroom for the reception, Christine & J.B. danced their first dance to "Making Memories Of Us" by Corey Gray & Jess Moskaluke. They became Mr. & Mrs. Levengood yesterday in Havre de Grace, MD. Congratulations to Julia & Jason who said "I do" and then held their reception/party at La Banque de Fleuve along the banks of the Chesapeake Bay in Northern Harford County. The groom's brother officiated the ceremony which was held in the upper area of La Banque. Following that guests were invited into the ballroom to join the newlyweds for cocktails and tasty eats provided by the good folks from Laurrapin Grille Catering. Melissa & Mitch became Mr. & Mrs. Cohen last night at the Mansion at Valley Country Club in Baltimore, MD. The Country Club is owned and operated by the Donovan Family (late Baltimore Colt great Art Donovan's family) and is a wonderful classic venue for any event. Mr. & Mrs. Cohen's wedding + reception was classy, fun and full of good vibes. Officiant Sandy Queen of Weddings by Sandy led, Melissa & Mitch through their vows and after saying "I do" the celebration started. The newlyweds enjoy music from the 40's & 50's era, big band, crooners, classics, etc.. We catered the music accordingly for the cocktail hour and set the tone. We love local weddings and Havre de Grace, MD is one of the finest places to get married in the state. Olivia & Bryon became Mr. & Mrs. Weber there yesterday. The Vandiver Inn's heated outdoor pavilion was were they said "I do" in front of some of their favorite people and under the guidance of Rev. Lynda of Ceremony Officiants. Following their recessional to "Married Life" by Michael Giacchino from the Disney movie Up (loved it!), folks followed the newlyweds into the Mansion House for cocktails. It was a beautiful Fall/November day to be married yesterday! Ashley & Devin did just that at the Vandiver Inn in downtown Havre de Grace, MD. They became newly wedded by Rev. Simmone Marsden of Ceremony Officiants and then joined their friends and family for cocktails inside the Vandiver Mansion. That was followed by introductions, two great speeches by the Maid of Honor and Best Man and then an incredible two course meal.
