Kim & Connor became Mr. & Mrs. Burgasser yesterday at The Vineyard of Mary’s Meadows, one of Harford County’s newest and finest wedding venues located in Darlington, MD. After a ceremony overlooking the vineyard guests made their way to the lower level of the Vineyards magnificent new barn for cocktails and hor d’oeuvres served up by Sterling Catering. After formal introductions the newlyweds danced to “Love Your Love The Most” by Eric Church for their first dance as husband and wife. Parents dances followed before I invited guests to the upper level of the barn for toasts, blessing and a buffet meal. Cake cutting and a bouquet toss preceded the party back down in the lower level of the barn. Kim & Connor decided that they didn’t want a lot of the traditional formalities, just a big old celebration. We started the night with some country music, but once the libations started flowing I quickly received requestsIMG_1482 for other genres of music with suggestions for songs by Walk The Moon, Pink, Rick Springfield and many more. There was lots of dancing and memorable moments that where captured by Carrie & Butch with Linton Photography as well as Buerhaus Design. The evening and the very first wedding reception in the new barn wrapped up with John Denver’s “Take Me Home Country Road”. Congratulations to two awesome people; Kim & Connor Burgasser!
