Ashley & Adam became Mr. & Mrs. Downs last night and celebrated with their friends and family with a party/reception at Top of the Bay in Aberdeen. The evening began with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the upper veranda that features one of the best waterfront views of any venue in the area. Ashley & Adam had some fun with their bridal party introductions as I played Right Said Fred’s “I’m too sexy” while introducing their family and closet friends. A first dance to Ingrid Michaelson’s cover of “I can’t help falling in love” followed. Classic 50’s & 60’s love songs filled the air during dinner and then a mix of Top 40, classic Hip Hop and Funk had their guests packing the dance floor all night. Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline”IMG_6884 was the newlyweds choice for the final song of the night and had everyone singing on their way out the door. Fun party!
