Courtney & Jordan became Mr. & Mrs. Copalchick yesterday at the Vandiver Inn located in Havre de Grace, MD. Their ceremony was held outside of the Vandiver Mansion and it sure was a beautiful fall like day for an outdoor wedding. After the ceremony guests enjoyed cocktail hour inside the mansion and on the front porch before we introduced the bridal party into the reception area. The newlyweds danced to "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri for their first official dance as a married couple. A toast by the groom's brother and his best man and an amazing meal provided by the Vandiver staff preceded the dancing portion of the reception. What an excellent party! Last night Shannon & Shawn celebrated becoming Mr. & Mrs. Harris with their family and friends in Havre de Grace at the Vandiver Inn. It didn't take them long to say "I do" as their ceremony lasted all of 15 minutes. These two wanted to celebrate and they did! Prior to their grand entrance into the Inn's outdoor/enclosed pavilion, the bride and groom along with their guests enjoyed an amazing cocktail hour inside the Inn's Mansion House. After entering the reception Mr. & Mrs. Harris danced to "Big Green Tractor" by Jason Aldean for their first official "married couple" dance. The reception space was beautiful as ever and complimented by some amazing floral designs provided by Amanda's Florist. Michelle & Nick became Mr. & Mrs. Havrilla yesterday at the Vandiver Inn located in Havre de Grace, MD. Cocktails and appetizers were served inside the Vandiver Mansion as guests arrived. That was followed by an introduction of the bridal party and the newlyweds into the Inn's wonderful outdoor pavilion. Michelle & Nick then went directly into their very first dance as a married couple. They danced to "Falling Slowly" by Glen Hansard & Marketa Irglova. A Polish blessing by the Bride & Groom's Mothers followed the first dance. Other highlights of the evening included a 10 minute Apron Dance and lots of folks grooving on the dance floor. Jennifer & Josh said "I do" in front of their favorite people yesterday afternoon at Pond View Farm in Whitehall, MD. It was a picture perfect Sunday afternoon for Mr. & Mrs. Duckworth to celebrate their marriage. Following a ceremony next to the Farm's pond, guests enjoyed cocktails and outstanding eats prepared by the Pond View Pit Crew cooks. The bridal party and Jennifer & Josh were introduced into the barn and then the newlyweds danced to "All My Life" by KC & JoJo for their first official dance. The Brides's Father passed away suddenly a few months ago so in lieu of a Father/Daughter dance her Brother and Brother-in-law surprised her with an impromptu dance. Yesterday at noon Jenny & Gary became Mr. & Mrs. Mancha at Swan Harbor Farm in Havre de Grace, MD. It was an unusually pleasant August afternoon and a beautiful day for a celebration along the Chesapeake Bay. After saying their vows in front of the Mansion House, the bride & groom headed down to the waterfront gazebo with Photographer Tyler Rieth. Guests were treated to drinks and eats provided by Beefalo Bob's Catering. The Bridal Party and Mr. & Mrs. Mancha made their grand entrance on to the Farm's outdoor patio and then had a first dance to "Golden" by My Morning Jacket. Last night was Mr. & Mrs. O'Sullivan's best night ever! Kim & David became a married couple at the Liriodendron Mansion in Bel Air. The Mansion was designed in 1897 by Baltimore architects Wyatt and Nolting, was the summer residence of Dr. Howard A. Kelly, one of the “Big Four” physicians of Johns Hopkins Hospital. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Bride and Groom said their vows on the back patio of the Mansion led by Officiant Heather Saul. Harpist Laura Stokes provided live music for the ceremony and cocktails and then we took over. The newlyweds along with their maid of honor and best man were introduced onto the Mansion's portico for their first dance to "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran. It was our first time back at Swan Harbor Farm in Havre de Grace in some time and it was a successful return. Holly & Michael became Mr. & Mrs. Callanan behind the Mansion House and followed that with cocktails and eats provided by Bear Bros. Catering. After the ceremony Holly & Michael made their way down to the waterfront gazebo for some sunset shots taken by Lisa Marie Photography and then guests welcomed them back with a grand entrance into the reception. After being wined and dined the newlyweds danced to "I Cross My Heart" by George Strait and then danced with their parents to open up the rest of the reception. It was a party to remember! Shelley & Jeff's wedding and celebration last night at the Vandiver Inn was nothing short of perfect. The bride & groom said "I do" under blue skies and in front of the Vandiver's outdoor gazebo and then enjoyed cocktail hour along with their guests inside the Vandiver Mansion. The staff at the Inn greeted guests as they made their way into The Vandiver's beautiful pavilion with the newly added Garden Room and then we introduced the bridal party and the new Mr. & Mrs. Damiano in to "Suit and Tie" by Justin Timberlake & Jay-Z. Another out of this world meal put together by the amazing team of Chefs at the Inn followed introductions and gave everyone a chance to relax and get geared up for dancing. Congratulations to Samantha & Ryan who became Mr. & Mrs. Lucas yesterday! They were married and celebrated their commitment at The Vandiver Inn located on Main Street in Havre de Grace, MD. The team of vendors included Friendly Entertainment, Thomas Graves Photography, Deserts by Rita, Amanda's Florist and of course the top notch staff at the Inn. Following the ceremony guests were wined and dined inside the Vandiver Mansion before making their way to the Inn's pavilion for dinner and a party. Ryan is a composer and musician and he wrote and recorded the first dance for he and his wife to dance their first dance to as a married couple. It sure was a good to day to be Gabrielle & Rob Scott! They got married today and then celebrated their love with friends and family at Top of The Bay located on Aberdeen Proving Ground. Guests arrived just before 1 pm and the bridal party was introduced shortly after. One of my favorite moments today was introducing the Bride and Groom's Grandmothers as the "Flower Grandmas"! After a wonderful buffet meal Gabrielle and Rob made it "reception official" with a first dance to Matthew Mole's "Wedding Song". The Bride danced with her Father after that followed by a Mother/Son dance to the same song the Groom's Mother danced with her Father to at her own wedding!
