Yesterday afternoon at the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, Karen & Bryon became Mr. & Mrs. Stepp! Their wedding and reception in the Zoo’s Mansion House was a beautiful thing. Reverend Simmone Marsden led them through their vows while the Antares Musicians provided the ceremony music. An hour of cocktails and appetizers followed as two of the Zoo’s animal ambassadors stopped by; a penguin and a kookaburra. DJ Frank introduced the Bridal Party to “Celebration” by Kool & The Gang before the Bride thanked everyone and a wonderful meal put together by Zeffert and Gold Catering and Event Planning was served. Karen & Bryon danced their first dance as a married couple to “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” by Frankie Valli and were joined halfway by all couples. For a small, intimate group of around 50, they filled the dance floor and made the reception a real party! Songs by Kenny Loggins, Bill Haley & His Comets, Elvis Presley, The Foundations, Chuck Berry and more rocked the party. Karen & Bryon cut their cake to UB40’s “I Got You Babe” and wrapped up their big day with a final dance to Roxy Music’s “Avalon”.
