I had the privilege of being the DJ/MC for Mr. & Mrs. League’s wedding and reception at The American Visionary Art Museum in downtown Baltimore on Friday night. Doug & Lisa were married by officiant Heather Saul inside the AVAM and then we moved over to the venue’s sculpture barn and garden for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and dinner provided by Rouge Catering. Doug & Lisa were introduced into their first dance, Chris Isaak’s “Can’t help falling in love”, a great cover of the Elvis classic. The bride and groom along with their family and friends danced ALL night to a mix of classics and Top 40 hits and ended the night with all couples dancing to The Plain White T’s “1,2,3,4”.
