Saturday night at the 1840’s Plaza in downtown Baltimore City, Rebecca & Jimmy said “I do”, became Husband and Wife and then celebrated with their favorite people! The evening began with the ceremony on the 2nd floor followed by cocktails downstairs and then dinner, dancing and a party back on the 2nd floor of the venue. DJ Frank Marsden introduced the Parents of the newlyweds to the “Rocky Theme” by Bill Conti, the Bridal Party to Lizzo’s “Worship” and the Bride & Groom made their grand entrance to Led Zeppelin’s “Immigrant Song”. There was a first dance to “Gimme All Your Love” by the Alabama Shakes. That was followed by toasts by the Best Man and Maid of Honor, fun stories and a welcome by both of the Bride & Groom’s Parents and a wonderful stations meal put together by Zeffert and Gold Catering. As folks were finishing their meals, Rebecca and her Father danced to “The Way You Look Tonight” by Frank Sinatra then Jimmy danced with his Mother to Bette Midler’s version of “In My Life”. The party ramped up after and someone dressed as a T-Rex took to the dance floor and folks joined the prehistoric creature and danced to songs by The Spice Girls, Rick Astley, The Sugarhill Gang, Missy Elliot and more! Rebecca & Jimmy were lifted up in chairs and folks circled around them for the Hora before DJ Frank announced that dessert was ready…donuts! The rest of the evening was an excellent celebration and the dance floor was packed! Before heading out for their after party, the Bride & Groom and all couples enjoyed the last dance to Frank Sinatra’s “The Best Is Yet To Come”. Congratulations to a wonderful couple!
