We congratulate the new Mr. & Mrs. Cox aka Tracy & Connor! They had their biggest day ever yesterday at the Vandiver Inn in Havre de Grace, MD. It all started at 3:30 with an outdoor ceremony that featured “Dream A Little Dream Of Me” by the Mamas & Papas for the Bride’s processional, vows, a kiss, and a recessional to “Come Go With Me” by the Beach Boys. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres were enjoyed following the ceremony inside the Mansion House and on its front porch. Later on, after guests had found their way to the Inn’s year-round outdoor pavilion, DJ Frank Marsden made formal introductions of the Bridal Party. Parents were introduced while “Sexyback” by Justin Timberlake was played, Bridal Party members entered to “24 Magic” by Bruno Mars, and Mr. & Mrs. Cox entered to Credence Clearwater Revival’s “Hey Tonight”. Tracy & Connor then danced their first dance to “Can’t Help Falling In Love” by Elvis Presley before a blessing and a served meal. “Daddy’s Little Girl” by the Mills Brothers was selected by Tracy’s Father for their Father/Daughter Dance and Connor and his Mother danced to “Amarillo By Morning” by George Strait. The dancing/partying, and there was lots of it, began with “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars. Songs by Aretha Franklin, Ginuwine, Lil’ Jon, Outkast, Whitney Houston, and many more kept the Vandiver dance floor packed throughout the night. There was a cake cutting, a bouquet toss, garter removal, and exchange and more and more dancing before the last song; “I Feel Home” by O.A.R. that had everyone circled up on the dance floor. We are so thankful that Tracy & Connor selected us to be a part of their celebration. We appreciate them and the vendors that we got to work with; Editing Life Videography, Photography by Brea, Amanda’s Florist, Desserts by Rita, and the excellent crew at the Vandiver Inn.
