The Vineyard of Mary's Meadows in Darlington, MD was where Jess & Greg decided to say their vows and celebrate with their favorite people and last night. Mary’s Meadow was originally a 156 acre farm, featuring structures that date back to the mid-1700's. The Bride's family purchased the farm in the early 1900's and in 2014 her Mother & Father along with their family partnered with their friends to rebuild the barn on one of the oldest stone foundations in the area. The barn features two beautiful levels and following the ceremony and cocktails held in the lower level of the barn, we invited guests upstairs for the bridal party introductions, formal dances, toasts, blessing and the meal provided by Dean and Brown Catering. Rain? No worries. Although the weather yesterday wasn't exactly perfect for a wedding day, Brittany & Vince's wedding day was perfect despite what Mother Nature had planned. Havre de Grace, MD and The Vandiver Inn was the perfect destination spot for Mr. & Mrs. Salamone's celebration. Following the ceremony held in the Inn's outdoor pavilion, guests joined the bridal party inside the Vandiver Mansion for cocktail hour. The party started with the introduction of Brittany & Vince and their VIPS and was followed by a first dance by the Bride & Groom to John Michael Montgomery's "Home To You". Our first wedding of the Fall of 2015 was amazing! Meghan & Michael became Mr. & Mrs. McMillion at Mountain Branch Golf Club in Joppa last night. After the outdoor ceremony overlooking the golf course the Bride & Groom along with their favorite people enjoyed cocktails and some yummy eats provided by the Mountain Branch staff. We introduced the bridal party into the reception and then Meg & Mike danced their first dance to Christina Perri's "A Thousand Years". Toasts, a blessing and a wonderful dinner followed then we blinked and the dance floor was packed. Hit songs from artists such as: Silento, 50 Cent, Rob Base, Mark Ronson feat. The Hotel Monaco is an elegant downtown landmark in Baltimore City and was the setting for Emily & Tim’s wedding reception last night. The bride and groom joined their family and friends for cocktail hour prior to their grand entrance to “Let’s Get Married” by Jagged Edge featuring Run DMC. The newlyweds danced their first dance to “Sideways” by Citizen Cope then toasts by the Bride’s Sisters and the Groom’s Brothers and some fun and loving words from Emily’s Father followed. We can’t say enough positive things about the Hotel’s friendly staff, beautiful interior and the meal they served. Guests from Maryland, New Jersey and upstate New York filled the dance floor making requests and grooving to hits by artists like Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Nelly, James Brown, Usher and many more. Yesterday Jennifer & Joe became husband and wife at the Cylburn Arboretum in Baltimore City. Their outdoor ceremony started off the evening and was absolutely beautiful. Officiant Kiko Garcia of Have Love Weddings did a wonderful job guiding the bride and groom through their vows and introducing them as a married couple. Guests made their way to the Vollmer Center for cocktails and the reception following the ceremony. Rouge Catering wined and dined guests prior to introductions of the bridal party and followed that with a buffet meal. "All Of Me" by John Legend was Jennifer & Joe's first dance. Courtney & Jordan became Mr. & Mrs. Copalchick yesterday at the Vandiver Inn located in Havre de Grace, MD. Their ceremony was held outside of the Vandiver Mansion and it sure was a beautiful fall like day for an outdoor wedding. After the ceremony guests enjoyed cocktail hour inside the mansion and on the front porch before we introduced the bridal party into the reception area. The newlyweds danced to "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri for their first official dance as a married couple. A toast by the groom's brother and his best man and an amazing meal provided by the Vandiver staff preceded the dancing portion of the reception. What an excellent party! Last night Shannon & Shawn celebrated becoming Mr. & Mrs. Harris with their family and friends in Havre de Grace at the Vandiver Inn. It didn't take them long to say "I do" as their ceremony lasted all of 15 minutes. These two wanted to celebrate and they did! Prior to their grand entrance into the Inn's outdoor/enclosed pavilion, the bride and groom along with their guests enjoyed an amazing cocktail hour inside the Inn's Mansion House. After entering the reception Mr. & Mrs. Harris danced to "Big Green Tractor" by Jason Aldean for their first official "married couple" dance. The reception space was beautiful as ever and complimented by some amazing floral designs provided by Amanda's Florist. Michelle & Nick became Mr. & Mrs. Havrilla yesterday at the Vandiver Inn located in Havre de Grace, MD. Cocktails and appetizers were served inside the Vandiver Mansion as guests arrived. That was followed by an introduction of the bridal party and the newlyweds into the Inn's wonderful outdoor pavilion. Michelle & Nick then went directly into their very first dance as a married couple. They danced to "Falling Slowly" by Glen Hansard & Marketa Irglova. A Polish blessing by the Bride & Groom's Mothers followed the first dance. Other highlights of the evening included a 10 minute Apron Dance and lots of folks grooving on the dance floor. Jennifer & Josh said "I do" in front of their favorite people yesterday afternoon at Pond View Farm in Whitehall, MD. It was a picture perfect Sunday afternoon for Mr. & Mrs. Duckworth to celebrate their marriage. Following a ceremony next to the Farm's pond, guests enjoyed cocktails and outstanding eats prepared by the Pond View Pit Crew cooks. The bridal party and Jennifer & Josh were introduced into the barn and then the newlyweds danced to "All My Life" by KC & JoJo for their first official dance. The Brides's Father passed away suddenly a few months ago so in lieu of a Father/Daughter dance her Brother and Brother-in-law surprised her with an impromptu dance. Yesterday at noon Jenny & Gary became Mr. & Mrs. Mancha at Swan Harbor Farm in Havre de Grace, MD. It was an unusually pleasant August afternoon and a beautiful day for a celebration along the Chesapeake Bay. After saying their vows in front of the Mansion House, the bride & groom headed down to the waterfront gazebo with Photographer Tyler Rieth. Guests were treated to drinks and eats provided by Beefalo Bob's Catering. The Bridal Party and Mr. & Mrs. Mancha made their grand entrance on to the Farm's outdoor patio and then had a first dance to "Golden" by My Morning Jacket.
