Maryland Wedding DJ

The last weekend of June started with Kelly & Joe's wedding + reception at Swan Harbor Farm in Havre de Grace, MD.  Their ceremony took place on the back lawn of the farmhouse with a beautiful view of the landscaped gardens and the Chesapeake Bay. The ceremony featured string quartet selections and a recessional to "Safe and Sound" by Captial Cities. Folks then enjoyed cocktails and appetizers inside the farmhouse and on the back lawn. They were invited to find their tables and seats under the tented area prior to a formal introduction of the newlyweds by DJ/MC Frank Marsden to "Marry You" by Bruno Mars. Kelly & Joe danced their first dance as a married couple to Ben E. King's "Stand By Me" and then the Bride's Father took up his guitar and serenaded his daughter by playing Van Morrison's "Brown Eyed [...]

Friday night at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, just across the Bay Bridge on Kent Island, MD, Lauren & Ryan became Mr. & Mrs. Friedman! The evening began with an outdoor ceremony and cocktails on the Club's deck. After enjoying appetizers and libations, DJ Frank Marsden invited guests to find their tables and seats inside the Beach Club's Beach House then introduced the Parents into the reception while playing "Living In America" by James Brown for Lauren's Parents and "Love On Top" by Beyonce for Ryan's Mother & Father. The Bridal Party were formally introduced to Kanye West & T-Pain's "Good Life" and then Lauren & Ryan made their grand entrance to "Marry You" by Bruno Mars. Yesterday afternoon in Darlington, MD, Amber & Christopher tied the knot! Their wedding + reception were both held at the Vineyards of Mary's Meadows. The couple's plans for an outdoor ceremony didn't happen due to the rain, but they were able to use the lower barn area and "Plan B" went off without a hitch. The Bride's Uncle Charlie officiated the ceremony that ended with a recessional to Reliant K's "The Best Thing". Everyone enjoyed cocktails and appetizers before heading upstairs to the upper barn area for formal introductions and dinner. DJ Frank Marsden got the Bridal Party together and introduced them into the reception while playing "Marry Me" by Jason Derulo. Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. McVey aka Alysia & Casey! Their relationship was celebrated yesterday at The Vineyards of Mary's Meadow with a fun ceremony and a rocking reception. Reverand Frank McFadden married Alysia & Casey on the back lawn of the Vineyards beautiful barn. The ceremony featured a version of "Perfect" played on violin by Andre Soueid, a processional to Christina Perri's "A Thousand Years" and super fun recessional to "Fireball" by Pitbull feat. John Ryan. Everyone enjoyed cocktails and appetizers after that in the lower half of the Barn as the upper area was set up for the beginning of the reception. The sun came out yesterday and Erica & Danny got married! Sunday in historic Ellicott City, at the beautiful Main Street Ballroom, Erica & Danny became Mr. & Mrs. Wizzman and then celebrated their marriage with a reception. Just after noon, the happy couple said their vows to each other, took a shot of whiskey, and then chased that with a recessional to "Loving You Easy" by Zac Brown Band. Everyone enjoyed cocktails and appetizers inside and outside of the Ballroom while photographer Sara Vars of Sara Vars Photography snapped photos of the Bride & Groom's families and friends. So there was a wedding in England yesterday, but there was also an amazing wedding celebration in Bel Air, MD as well! Tayler & BJ became Mr. & Mrs. Blaker and then celebrated with a reception at the Bride's parents home in Northern Bel Air. DJ Frank Marsden was there to play the hits, the ladies from Affairs Extraordinaire by Marta kept the evening flowing along nicely, our friends with Editing Life Videography captured all the fun, and the nice people from Box Hill Pizzaria/Catering provided appetizers and a buffet meal. Before Tayler & BJ and their Bridal Party arrived from the church, friends and family members were already at the reception enjoying cocktails and good eats. Despite the weather, Heather & Tommy's wedding + reception at Pond View Farm in Whitehall, MD went off without a hitch and was both beautiful and fun! Their ceremony took place underneath the newly renovated pavilion with the Bride proceeding down the aisle to Pachelbel's "Canon in D" and a recessional with her husband to Josh Turner's "Would You Go With Me". Following the ceremony, Heather & Tommy joined Photographer Leah Adkins with Leah Adkins Photography for a photo shoot while family and friends enjoyed drinks and appetizers. DJ Frank Marsden invited everyone into Pond View's stunning barn to find their table and seats before formally introducing the Bridal Party. The Vineyards of Mary's Meadows is located in beautiful Darlington, MD and was the perfect location for Jenna & Matthew's big day yesterday. The rain held out long enough for an outdoor ceremony that was officiated by the Bride's Uncle and for cocktails afterward on the Barn's patio. DJ Frank Marsden invited family members and guests to find their seats in the Barn's upper area following cocktails for introductions, formal dances, and dinner. The Bridal Party was introduced into the reception to "I Got A Feeling" by The Black Eyed Peas and then Jenna & Matthew danced their first dance as a married couple to "From The Ground Up" Dan + Shay. Saturday night at the Maryland Zoo's Mansion House in Baltimore, MD, Kim & Jason became Mr. & Mrs. Lanoue! Their big day began with a ceremony and the Bride making her way down the aisle to Billy Idol's "White Wedding"! Officiant Bill Duffy then walked Kim & Jason through the ceremony, their vows and asked them to kiss to seal the deal. A cocktail hour followed the recessional with the Zoo's Animal Ambassadors making their rounds and guests enjoying drinks and appetizers.
