The weekend began for us with Lauren & Taylor’s wedding + celebration at the Vandiver Inn located in Havre de Grace, MD. The ceremony took place in the enclosed outdoor pavilion that has been recently renovated and looks amazing. Officiant, Simmone Marsden and the groom entered first and walked to Scotty McCreery’s “This Is It”. Lauren’s daughter, Charlie, and Lauren’s  Maid of Honor, Samantha walked into the ceremony to “I Choose You” by Sara Bareilles, and then Lauren made her way down the aisle to “I Get To Love You” by Ruelle. After a kiss to make it official, and a recessional to Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud”, the newlyweds and their guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers inside the Mansion house and on the house’s front porch while the outdoor pavilion was transformed into a reception space. DJ Frank Marsden officially introduced Parents of the Bride & Groom into the reception while playing “We Are Family” by Sister Sledge, the Bridal Party members walked in to “Danger Zone” by Kenny Loggins, and lastly, Mr. & Mrs. Miller made their entrance while “Space Jam” by Quad City DJ’s was played. A first dance followed intros and was to “Beautiful Crazy” by Luke Combs. Lauren and her Father then danced to “You’ll Be In My Heart” by Phil Collins  and a Mother/Son dance to “Then They Do” by Trace Adkins was next. Everyone enjoyed plated salads and a buffet meal before the dancing portion of the night started. Songs by artists like 50 Cent, PSY, Young MC, Usher, MC Hammer, and many more lit up the dance floor. The party wrapped up just before 9 pm with a last dance to “Speechless” by Dan + Shay. Thanks to the Vandiver’s fun staff, the good people with Photography by Brea, Desserts by Rita, and Mr. & Mrs. Miller for an amazing evening!
