Saturday night at Stone Ridge Hollow in Forest Hill, MD, Stephanie & Jeffrey became Mr. & Mrs. Zalfa. The evening began with a ceremony in the upper barn area of Stone Ridge. After a kiss and a formal presentation, Stephanie & Jeffrey recessed to Blink-182’s “Dammit”. DJ Frank Marsden invited guests to move down to the barn’s downstairs bar area for cocktails. Later on, after the ceremony space was transformed into a reception space, guests moved back upstairs for introductions and the reception. ZZ Top’s “Sharp Dressed Man” was played while the Bridal Party and the Newlyweds were brought in. Intros were followed by Stephanie & Jeffrey’s first dance to Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling In Love”. The Groom and his Mother then danced to Tim McGraw’s “Humble and Kind” and then the Bride and her Father danced to “My Little Girl” also by Tim McGraw. A buffet dinner service was provided by the nice folks with Mission BBQ, toasts were made by the Maid of Honor and Best Man, and then the celebration started. Everyone danced to hits by Queen, James Brown, AC/DC, Flo Rida, and many more classic party songs. There was a surprise for the Bride & Groom as the kids and other family members serenaded them with songs from the Greatest Showman Soundtrack. The evenings festivities wrapped up with all couples joining Mr. & Mrs. Zalfa for a last dance to Thomas Rhett’s “Die A Happy Man”. Thanks to the friendly Stone Ridge Hollow Staff, our friends with Mission BBQ, the ladies with Southern Shutter Photography, and Stephanie & Jeffrey for a wonderful evening.
