The first day of September was the start of their life as a married couple. Sara & Stephen got hitched yesterday afternoon at Bohemia Overlook in North East, MD and it was amazing! Their ceremony took place behind Bohemia Overlook’s Grand Manor House, overlooking the Elk River. Guests made their way over to the reception space for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres after the recessional while the Bridal Party had photos taken. Later on, DJ Frank Marsden and the ladies with K.L. Planning Company had guests find their seats for formal introductions into the reception. “The Power Of Love” by Huey Lewis & The News was played while everyone was formally introduced and Sara & Stephen danced their first dance as husband & wife to Lukas Graham’s “Love Someone”. A welcome by the Father of the Bride and toasts by the Maid of Honor, Matron of Honor, Best Man and a blessing by the Groom’s Grandfather preceded a tasty buffet cooked up by the crew with T&M Catering. Towards the end of dinner, Sara and her Father danced to “My Girl” by the Temptations, Stephen and his Mother shared a dance to “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts, and then the party started and “Twist And Shout” by The Beatles brought dancers of all ages out to the dance floor. A three hour dance party featured songs by Black Eyed Peas, Eric Prydz, Maroon 5, Sigala, Chris Brown, Naughty by Nature, and many more. There was a cake cutting and cupcakes for the guests and a anniversary dance for all married couples that featured songs by Jack Johnson, Ben E. King, and Frank Sinatra. Before heading our for a sparkler send off and the after party, Sara & Stephen joined their guests for one last dance/sing-a-long to “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey. We loved working with Sara & Stephen and their families. They selected an awesome vendor team that included our friends with Editing Life Videography, T&M Catering, K.L. Planning Company, and more. Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Rossi!
