This morning at 10 am, Michelle & Jonathan became Husband & Wife! What a wonderful start to the weekend. It all happened at the Liriodendron Mansion in Bel Air, MD. Processional music was “What Have We Found Ourselves In” by Jess Ray. That was followed by vows, a kiss, a presentation by the officiant, and then a recessional to “Hello My Old Heart” by Oh Hellos. Cocktails and appetizers were enjoyed by all inside and outside of the Mansion before DJ Frank Marsden gathered folks inside and formally introduced the Bridal Party. The song “My Type” by Saint Hotel was played as everyone was introduced and Jess Ray’s “Kiss You” was played next for Michelle & Jonathan’s first dance as Husband & Wife. Michelle danced with her Father to Heartland’s “I Loved Her First”, Jonathan and his Mother danced to “Seems Like Yesterday” by Melissa Smith, there was a blessing by the officiant and then guests were treated to a breakfast buffet and omelet stations provided by Dean and Brown Catering. Toasts by Jonathan’s Best Man and Brother and a toast by the Maid of Honor preceded a cake cutting and a celebration of love. Music by artists like Of Monsters and Men, The Chainsmokers, Portugal. The Man, Milky Chance, The Beatles, Sugar Hill Gang, and more provided a fun soundtrack to a gorgeous Friday afternoon reception. “Our House” by Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young closed out today’s festivities. All the best to the newlyweds!
