Patti & Adam’s Wedding + Reception / Maryland Zoo’s Mansion House

Mazel Tov to Patti & Adam! They got married last night at the Maryland Zoo's Mansion House. The ceremony began at 6 pm with the bride being walked down the aisle to an acoustic guitar version of "Here Comes The Sun" by The Beatles and a recessional to an orchestrated version of "You've Got To Hide Your Love Away". Cocktails, appetizers and a visit from one of the Zoo's animal ambassadors all took place after the ceremony in the front hall of the Mansion House. Later on, DJ Frank invited guests to their seats before introducing the Bride & Groom as they danced their first dance together as husband and wife to "Strangers" by the Kinks. Salads, a served meal, welcome speeches by both of the newlywed's parents, toasts by the Maid of Honor and the Best Man preceded parents dances. [...]

Anna & Kevin’s Wedding + Reception / Maryland Zoo’s Mansion House

The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, MD is such a unique venue for a wedding and reception. Anna & Kevin held their ceremony at the Zoo's Lakeside Pavilion and their reception at the Zoo's Mansion House Saturday evening. The ceremony featured a processional of the Bride to "We Bought A Zoo" by Jonsi and a recessional to Jack Johnson's "Better Together". Guests found their way to the Mansion House for following the ceremony and  enjoyed cocktails, served appetizers, and a visit by two of the Zoo's Animal Ambassadors. Next up, guests were invited to their seats for the  introduction of the Bridal Party and the Bride & Groom. AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" was played while DJ Frank made formal introductions and "Stand By Me" by Ben E. King was played for Anna & Kevin's first dance as a married couple. Salads and a buffet [...]

Jennifer & Eric’s Wedding + Reception / Hunt Valley Country Club

Last night's celebration of Jennifer & Eric was amazing! The new Mr. & Mrs. Smith were married and celebrated at the Hunt Valley Country Club. Their evening began with a ceremony that took place outside on the Country Club's patio that overlooks the golf course. Jennifer was walked down the aisle by her Father to Kina Grannis's version of "Can't Help Falling In Love" and then after the vows and a kiss, the newlyweds recessed while a family friend played the bagpipes. After the ceremony area was transformed into a reception spot, everyone enjoyed cocktails prior to moving inside for formal introductions and the reception. Bridal Party members were introduced to random songs selected by the Bride & Groom and they selected T.I.'s "Bring 'Em Out" for their grand entrance. Katie & Owen’s Reception / Belvedere Hotel

Last night at the historic Belvedere Hotel in downtown Baltimore, Katie & Owen celebrated their wedding with a beautiful reception and party. Cocktails were enjoyed in the John Eager Howard Room as guests arrived. Shortly after, everyone moved across the Hotel's lobby to the Charles Room for the remainder of the evening. DJ Frank Marsden introduced the Bridal Party into the reception while playing "September" by Earth, Wind & Fire and then played the first dance song for Mr. & Mrs. McEvoy, Frank Sinatra's "All The Way". He invited all couples to join the newlyweds for their dance before the Father/Daughter dance to "It Won't Be Like This For Long" by Darius Rucker and then asked all fathers and their daughters to join in. Jennifer & James’s Wedding + Reception / Baltimore Museum of Industry

Saturday night at the Baltimore Museum of Industry, Jennifer & James tied the knot! Their ceremony began at 5:30 PM and was held outside at "The Point" overlooking Baltimore's Inner Harbor. James and his Groomsmen processed to Vitamin String Quartet's version of "Don't Stop Believing", family and Bridesmaids to "Your Song" also performed by Vitamin String Quartet and then Jen and her Father walked down the aisle to a version of Canon in D. The ceremony ended with a kiss and a recessional to Bon Jovi's "Livin' On A Prayer". Cocktails and appetizers where enjoyed outside following the ceremony before DJ Frank Marsden and coordinator Erin Powell with 1423 Events invited guests to find their seats inside the Museum. Lauren & Tony’s Wedding + Reception / Bleues On The Water

Bleue's On The Water is a venue located in Glen Burnie, MD along the Middle River. Lauren & Tony choose this location for their wedding and reception. There were plans for an outdoor ceremony, but Mother Nature had other ideas so "plan B" went into effect and we moved inside. After a kiss, a glass stomping, and a formal presentation, the newlyweds recessed to "Seasons (Waiting On You)" by Future Islands. Guests were invited to the main ballroom, and then DJ Frank Marsden made formal introductions of the Bridal Party. "Feel So Good" by Mase was played as Parents of the Bride & Groom, the Bridal Party, and Lauren & Tony made their grand entrance. Stacy & Francis’s Wedding + Reception / Hunt Valley Country Club

The weekend began for us at Hunt Valley Country Club in Phoenix, MD. Stacy & Francis got married yesterday evening and celebrated with their families and friends. The rain held off just long enough for an outdoor ceremony that started at 5 PM. When the bride was asked to say "yes" to marriage, she said "Hell yes!" Following a recessional to "You Are The Best Thing" by Ray LaMontagne, the newlyweds had pictures taken by Kait Bailey of Kait Bailey Photography while guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers. DJ Frank Marsden invited guests inside and introduced the newlyweds as Stacy & Francis Bonkowski while playing "I'm Coming Out" by Diana Ross. Nicole & Robert’s Wedding + Reception / Maryland Zoo’s Mansion House

Saturday night at the Maryland Zoo, Nicole & Bob united in marriage at the Zoo's historic Mansion House. Just after 5 pm, the Groom and the Bride's Father (and officiant) guided the bridal party and processed up the aisle to an instrumental version of Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling In Love". The Bride's processional was to an instrumental version of Dan + Shay's "Speechless". The ceremony was relaxed, funny at times, and an absolute joy to watch! Following a kiss and a formal presentation of the married couple, Stevie Wonder's "Signed Sealed Delivered" filled the air and the Bridal Party recessed and made their way to the front porch of the Mansion House. Natalie & Brian’s Wedding + Reception / Maryland Zoo’s Mansion House

Last night's wedding + reception was nearly perfect in every way. The festivities for Natalie & Brian's big day at the Maryland Zoo's Mansion House began with a ceremony at 5:15 led by Officiant Bill Duffy. The music of Alexi Murdoch was played for the processional selections and Natalie Cole's "This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)" was played for the recessional. Guests followed the Bridal Party to the front hallway of the Mansion House following the ceremony to enjoy cocktails and appetizers and to meet the Zoo's Animal Ambassadors. Heather & Joe’s Wedding + Reception / Maryland Zoo’s Mansion House

Last night's wedding + reception was a wonderful as the couple who got married! Heather & Joe became husband and wife at the Maryland Zoo's Mansion House in Baltimore and then celebrated their love. As the temperatures began to drop, guests made their way inside the Mansion House for the ceremony that was officiated by the Bride's Stepfather. The processional song for the entire Bridal Party was Daniel Jang's version of John Legend's "All of Me". Vows were exchanged and sealed with a kiss, Heather & Joe were formally introduced as Mr. & Mrs. Poole and then they recessed to Toploader's cover of "Dancing In The Moonlight".
